Policies + Procedures
Adjustment Policy
At Sydney Sayre Hair I strive to create the ideal look for each guest and take pride in my work and services. However, if you are unsatisfied with the results of the service you received, please notify me within 48 hours of your service. I do not issue refunds on services. Full services price applies after one week.
*Adjustment policy does not cover a change in the style or color initially requested.
*Sydney Sayre Hair is will not be liable nor offer an adjustment for hair color that has been done outside of the salon.
Extra People
You may bring up to one (1) person of at least 16 years of age that respects and understands the duration of your appointment as some services can take 3-6+ hours to complete.
*Do not bring guest if they have been sick in the past 48 hours.
*No children are permitted in the salon unless they are being serviced.
Kids
I understand that bringing your children to the salon during your service may be convient or even necessary at times, but children who attend their parents' appointments at the salon pose a safety issue. I work with sharp scissors, hot tools, chemicals, and the equipment in the salon. If something were to happen to your child, it would be devastating to you and your family, as well as mine. For this reason, we ask that the parents visit our salon without their children unless the child has an appointment. During their appointment, the child MUST be accompanied by their parent at all times and be able to sit still to receive their service safely.
*If your child isn't able to sit still for their haircut, the service will not be able to be completed.
Pets
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in salon. However, sharing your photos of them is highly encouraged! :)
Personal Items
Please keep all personal belongings to a minimum and on your lap. You may text throughout the service, but please limit phone calls to brief conversations or emergency calls only.
Sydney Sayre Hair is not responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
Late Policy
I will always try my best to accommodate you if you're running behind- it happens! You will be allotted a 5 minuet grace period. After 15 minuets late, you appointment may be scheduled to change depending on the time available and a late fee will be charged. After 20 minuets late, you will be considered no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Please always call if you even think you might be late. I would rather know as early as possible so I can do my best to fit you in.

Sickness Policy
In effort to maintain a healthy environment, I ask that if you have been sick in the last 48 hours, please reach out to me ASAP to reschedule your appointment. I will do my best to get your appointment rescheduled in a timely manner. Visiting the salon while you are sick directly exposes me, your stylist, and other guests to any illness you may have. Stay home, hydrate and rest. Come back when you're feeling better!
*All cancallation fees will be temporarily waived to ensure the salon is a safe environment.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are so important to Sydney Sayre Hair. They are saved just for you and I ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you please provide me with a 48-hour notice. Since the service is reserved and customized to you, a cancellation fee will apply if given less than a 48-hour notice. I will be asking for a credit card to have on file.
*Less than a 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
*"No Shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
*Appointments made within a 24-hour period must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
I do, of course, understand that unavoidable situations arise and schedule adjustments are necessary. I will do my best to work with you in the event of an emergency.
